We have three bedrooms, all on the ground floor for easy access, two are en-suite and one has a private bathroom. All have TV and the usual tea and coffee making facilities.

Breakfast is served on the enclosed verandah overlooking the garden and assorted animals and birds!

Our large garden has a number of sheltered areas where you can sit and relax or use our gas or traditional barbecue to cook your evening meal.

We have an enclosed field behind the house suitable for camping should you have older children who would like some independence. We are happy for them to camp free of charge if you are booking a room.  Alternatively we charge £5 per person per night for camping, the field has been cut since the photo was taken - not quite a bowling green but not bad!  We have a couple of three person dome tents available for use should you not own one - just phone to discuss your requirements!

Tariff - This stays the same all year round as we seem to be doing a good steady trade whatever the season.  So very reasonably priced with NO increase in the summer months!

£25 per person per night sharing a double or twin room including breakfast.

Single occupancy £30.

Evening meals by prior arrangement.  In particular we would be happy to cook for you on the evening you arrive if it is agreed beforehand.    I'm a great Jamie Oliver and Delia Smith fan to give you an idea of what to expect!   Alternatively I can always have something along the lines of Beef in Guinness simmering in the oven or a nice Chilli to warm you up!  Fish pie is a speciality or perhaps Chicken Cacciatora?  I'm not good at impromptu as I like to use fresh ingredients and the shops in the immediate vicinity are very limited....

Relax during your stay with a session of massage or reflexology, special prices for guests are £15 for massage, lasting around an hour and £10 for reflexology, about 45 minutes.
